How to Modify The Windows 10 Start Menu

1.   Modification To The Applications List

The users can go to the Start menu's folder structure on the hard drive to make changes by inserting newly matter or arranging it according to their likes. It even offers the user the ability to reach to the frequently used items easily by supporting user to make shortcuts for the same. It can be done very quickly by moving each matter one after another on the Start menu. It is worth noting that arranging files by using File Explorer is faster if the user has to modify several items. However, Start menu will not display each of the application that has been downloaded by the user. To get apps that that are not getting displayed in the Start menu folder can be possible by using the menu itself. Generally, the user can delete any of the application except few of the inbuilt apps. It can be done by doing a right-click on such apps and then selecting 'Uninstall'.

2.   Modification To The Start Menu

The user can change the size of the Start menu by moving the top or right corner of the menu with the help of the mouse. Changing the size vertically is done as they thought whereas for adjusting the size horizontally, the user can add the Start menu by one complete column of icon collection each time- till four columns. Sadly, the user can size the menu at the below to one column only.

The user can also make Windows display more additional tiles in every column.

●      Firstly, go to 'Settings'.
●      Then, select 'Personalization'.
●      After that, Start and switch on the 'Show more tiles on Start' option.
●      Note that after switching on the 'Show more tiles on Start', the user will be able to watch that the column of tile has increased by the width of one medium-sized tile.

Also remember that after the user switch on the 'Show more tiles' option, they can still change the Start menu horizontally, but only till the three columns of icon groups rather than 4.
